These Terms & Conditions govern use of empoweredsystems.shop and business transactions with EMPOWERED SYSTEMS, a trade name of MATHIYALAGAN INDHU.

Dispatch and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy and any product-specific terms communicated before purchase.
