User Data Deletion Instructions

If you have provided personal information directly to Empowered Systems, or if an application/service operated by us has received permitted user information through a third-party platform, you may request deletion subject to applicable law and legitimate record-retention requirements.

How to Request Deletion

1. Email Sales@empoweredsystems.shop from the email address associated with your interaction, where possible.
2. Use the subject line “User Data Deletion Request”.
3. Provide enough information for us to identify the relevant account, enquiry or platform interaction. Do not send passwords or sensitive authentication credentials.
4. We may ask for reasonable verification before acting on the request to protect against unauthorized deletion.

What Happens Next

After a valid request is verified, we will delete or anonymize personal information under our control that is not required to be retained for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution or other lawful purposes. Where information is held independently by a third-party platform, you may also need to use that platform’s privacy/account controls.

Meta/Facebook App Data

If a Meta/Facebook application operated by us is configured to receive user data, this page is intended to provide human-readable deletion instructions. Any additional technical callback or deletion mechanism required for a specific Meta app must be configured in that app’s developer settings and should correspond to the actual data processing performed by that app.
